People here are only as helpful as their job permits it. I was coming here to get change my alternator and borrow parts, since Im out of town, and it is great they let me, but it's the bare minimum when compared to Oreilys and other lube shops. When I finally got it changed, they wouldn't give my battery more of a 10 second charge when I'm trying desperately to get home. You need atleast 5 or 10 minutes to charge a cell, and they couldn't give me that. I was really nice and polite to them, but apparently they take kindness for weakness, and that's the biggest mistake anybody will make in life

Got a starter wit a lifetime warranty also got 40 dollars back when the old starter was returned

They had all of the parts in stock except one, but had it shipped in the same day. I was able to get my car running again!

It’s AutoZone you know how that is half the time half the time they don’t wanna help treat you like you don’t know nothing I hate going to AutoZone I’m more of an O’Reilly‘s man suppose they know how to treat respect and dignity, and not like a bunch of idiots. Like I said, I can’t stand my wife went there and that’s the only reason I’m giving this review.

The customer service here is unmatched!!! I was broke down on the side of the road with my wife & 4 kids, 20 mins away from any store & I called this AutoZone & Robbie answered the phone, heard my situation, dropped what he was doing & drove 18-20 mins to hand deliver me a serpentine belt to get my family back on the road!!! Such a blessing that man was.If AutoZone corporate sees this, PROMOTE THIS MAN!P.S. Orilley’s told me I was SOL. Will never go to Orilley’s again
