This branch has always been nice when I’ve done business there. I just wish they had one closer to Owasso. I drive 30 miles just to bank at this location.

We recently switched to bancfirst. We met a young lady by the name of Heather. She did a wonderful job guiding 2 senior citizens through the process. Very professional and really made us feel at home. Could not have been a better experience.

Terrible experience!
This bank offers none of the perks and a whole lot of hassle.
Customer service was poor, and overall experience was negative.
Really, nothing good to say!
I went back to Chase cause it's just a better bank.

I am a long time Claremore branch customer. Just trying to find a working atm Called customer service and was told all the debit cards,atms were non working due to an issue with Mastercard Cannot withdraw cash or use card anywhere

I will be switching banks. I put a check in the bank that was reimbursement from my college, that was going to pay for my car payment. I checked my balance and they processed the check in there, so I continued to pay my car payment that was the exact price as the check. The day after I checked my account and they took the check out of my account without contacting me. I called them and they informed me the check was expired, even though I had just gotten this check in the mail. So they made it to where I’m overdrawn and screwed me over. Thanks BancFirst.

I really like this bank. I've had and account here for about 5 years and they are always very helpful when I need something done or something fixed because I made some mistake or something. They're also really nice about helping you out. They truly have plenty of banks and arm machines here in town and all over Oklahoma. Besides all of that, I have to say they have some really awesome television commercials about the local history with photos included. I've been completely satisfied with banking here with them.

I went in a few days ago to open an account and was blown away by the amazing service. I think I banked with Dora and she was so friendly, informative, and quick with everything. I'm very pleased with the service I recieved and am looking forward to banking with them for a very long time.
