They always treat my cats & dogs well & with compassion. The people that work there know me & are also kind & helpful.

I went in and told the blonde women that I was there to collect my pet's remains. She asked our names several times, never once showed any kind of compassion or emotion. Then she asked if it was because of hoarding?! What an awful thing to say to someone who just lost their pet!! Then she can't find her in their system..even more traumatic!! They misspelled her name, no surprise there. Both of them say that they're new.. which has nothing to do with being a decent person!! Not an apology, not an ounce of compassion from any of the 4 women working there!!! This was traumatic enough for my family and I would expect some sort of emotion from anyone who works with animals!! I can't imagine how they must treat living pets!!

I've taken all three of my boys here and the cost is reasonable. You have to remember, their services are not free and they have to put food on their tables and pay their bills as well. The staff here listens to me and my concerns. If the cost makes your jaw drop, ask your doctor for the before insurance costs on your medical bills.

My cardiologist is cheaper. I no longer use this vet, as there are plenty in Claremore who are reasonable.

They charge at least 3 times as much as any other place around, once I saw how much they were ripping off my 93 year old mother-in-law over her sick cat, my wife went by to discuss it with them they were very condescending and said we charge what we charge. Then we discovered that they lied about what they did to her cat prior to euthanizing it. There is plenty of other vets in Claremore area I would highly recommend avoiding this one!

I thought I liked this vet clinic. I took my dog to have his teeth cleaned. The teeth needed it. My dog also had some teeth that needed pulling. I got a call 3 hours after dropping off my dog to call the clinic. They were closed for lunch. I called at one and talked with the vet. My dog died. They do not know why. They said possibly a reaction to the anesthetic. I was shocked. I will not go to this place again Very hurt and sick feeling about what happened.

As of 07/03/2018 the owner of this establishment has stated that they would no longer require that they take the animal away from mom/dad for exam. After a long heated argument, after they turned my dog into a frightened and angered Rottweiler instead of my beloved dog. Proven by making them do an exam in front of me and took dog to different vet to have nails trimmed. He acted perfect. No bite no muzzle needed. I will no longer use this establishment after years and $700.00 last visit, but if you do YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LET THEM TAKE YOUR BABY AWAY FROM YOU.

Worst. Experience. Ever. In my life. I am not exaggerating. During my wedding, I had nobody to take care of my dogs (they were all guests), so I boarded my dogs at Regional. I gave them specific directions in regards to one of my dogs, who is incredibly scared of strangers. I told them to be careful walking her on the leash, since she would try to get away, and she was capable of climbing fences. During the morning of my wedding, they called to tell me that my dog had escaped. They called *FOUR* hours after the fact, which meant my dog was no longer in the area. They made no efforts to recover my dog outside of calling animal control. When my husband went to pick up my second dog from their kennel, they were nonchalant and eating lunch, not even concerned that I had just lost a member of my family. My second dog, when my husband picked her up, was terrified out of her mind, she wouldn't even come out of her cage and my husband had to carry her. I honestly believe that Regional Animal Care was trying to cover their mistake and hoping animal control would catch the dog before they had to tell me. They did NOT post of facebook or make any EXTRA EFFORT to recover my pet. On top of that, they told me it "wasn't their fault the dog escaped". Suffice to say I spent most of my wedding weeping because the dog I had raised since she was a puppy, the dog who went everywhere with me as my companion, was missing, and that this fact meant NOTHING to Dr. York (who lost the dog) or Regional Animal Care. I do not recommend this veterinarian practice. I recommend the Arc. Please do not take your pets to a vet where they do not care what happens to your companion.
