Took the truck in with a bad oil leak. They diagnosed the leak for free. It was a very expensive fix (rear main seal). The mechanic gave me advice on how to stop the leak without the costly replacement. It has stopped the leak so far! Much thanks

On our way headed back home to Kentucky from Tulsa, we hit a box on the turnpike that severely dented our oil pan. We went to Complete Auto Care to have it looked at and see if we would be able to continue on our trip. Could not have asked for a better place to go to in our time of distress. Jimi dropped everything to help us out and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. He had the car up on a lift right away so he could assess the damage and get it fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to hammer out the dent in our oil pan and weld a few minor cracks so we could get back on the road and make it back home. He explained the situation very well and was very reasonable in charging us for his labor. I would highly recommend this place considering the knowledge and integrity of Jimi, he truly rescued us in our time of need!

This review/thank-you note is long overdue! In December of 2021, a few days after Christmas, my car collided with a box that was blowing sideways across lanes on the turnpike, just before the exit for Claremore. A kind attendant at the turnpike pay station directed my son and I to Complete Auto Care. Jimmy and staff stopped everything to check for damages from the drifting box getting stuck underneath my car and being dragged at a high rate of speed. The oil pan was dented and no replacement part available that day. We had just left Tulsa, on our way home to Louisville, KY. Jimmy and staff manually beat the dent out and welded the dented area, so we could get back on the road that same afternoon. Because Complete Auto Care made our problem a priority and had the skill to repair the damages without the needed replacement part, we made it back home without any further damages to my car. At long last, I am writing to say thank you to Jimmy and staff at Complete Auto Care in Claremore, OK!

We have had maintenance done on 5 vehicles in our family with Jimmy. Before him we went through every mechanic we could find in town and have went nowhere else since. I don't normally believe in the supernatural, but they figured out my car problem in 5 minutes. It took longer to get a printout from auto zone, and auto zone was fast. Best mechanic in all of Claremore.

Jimmy is a lifesaver! I had car trouble while on the turnpike. I pulled off and he got my car right in. He worked to make sure that my car was right and ensured that I would make it home as well. If we lived closer this would be the only place we would be taking our vehicles!

Honest, ethical, professional, knowledgeable, a great mechanic! Highly recommend! Edit: my AC broke right before a trip out of town during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. My car is older so the parts weren't available, but he figured out a temporary fix until the parts came in. Miracle worker!

My dad used Complete Auto Care, recommended it to me and I won't go anywhere else. Jimmy is an excellent mechanic and he's very honest and direct. I appreciate that he doesn't sugarcoat or over promise on price or timelines.
