Wonderful customer service! Rosa helped me when I needed to change my service to Cricket and get a new phone. She took extra time and care to make sure my fears were calmed. She truly made me feel cared for with a "we got this!" attitude. Very happy to give Cricket 5 stars!

Stephen from this store in Claremore was excellent at helping me figure out what everything would cost, and my best options, I like to know my budget and it relieved any stress involved with getting a new phone plan, ask for Stephen he knows his stuff
