Not a helpful staff, I have to tell them half the time what I need when IT IS IN THERE SYSTEM. I'm also asked what size needles to use when it's my first time and my Doctor said they should have all that info. They refuse to put in a request that my doctor asked them to do and she had to do it herself.

This Pharmacy refills prescriptions without authorization. Even when told NO on Auto Text responses. Was told by pharmacist not to rely on Auto Text. Why not?, CVS is the one that pushed it on us. Seriously considering moving to a different pharmacy. Sadly I have used CVS for 30 years.

I was sick when I went to pickup my prescription. I pulled up to the drive thru window and I was greeted with a smile. The young lady was happy and pulled me up quickly with the smile still on her face. She went and got my prescription had me sign then handed me the bag. Her bubbly personality made me feel better and while I am writing this review I appreciate her.

CVS claremore was there when I had an emergency an needed meds for my husband's shingles. I am so grateful for the crew working on Christmas.

CVS beats other chain stores by a LOT, my opinion .. both in Pharmacy & other staff. AND selection in all areas is really good.

I’m beyond mad, after telling me I had two prescriptions ready for pickup, your judgement was to only fill one because the other one cost too much in your opinion. So now I have to make another trip to pick up the medication I need because YOU made a judgment call. If my doctor thinks I need it, your opinion is irrelevant, just do your job, fill the RX Or don’t bother telling me you did. No customer service here!!

Terrible customer service!! They will not take the time to help you with any kind of issue. They don't care if there's a problem with your prescription because they're not ever responsible. Their to lazy to look up your information on the computer because it's not their problem, they don't care. Every time we go their they mess up our prescriptions!!!
