just wanted to take the time to let you know that store number 17769 needs some customer service over haul.. Someone named Quinton that I just spoke with was beyond disrespect and very rude. I would hope more people would be willing to represent the store in a better way then this young kid.

Just called like 4 times in a row and all 4 times they hung up after 10-15 rings...this store is a joke, they're always out of things..this isn't the first time I've called multiple times and been hung up on..I would think it's just their phone system but it's on a different number ring every time, you always have to wait if you need an employees assistance and a couple of them seem to always have cruddy attitudes. After this morning my family will start driving the extra 10 minutes there and back to Walmart, which I hate by the way, I'm a disabled veteran with ptsd and hate crowds...but I'll deal with that before total unprofessionalism.

Just went by this particular location and much to my surprise there’s a piece of 8 x11 Paper with a handwritten note stating we’re closed due to short staffed what a joke

Helpful people, the only problem was there website shows to have an item, but come to find out all Dollar General stores have discontinued it. The item was raffle tickets, so don't go there for them.

They close at 430 pm.. .I generally stop here because I'm treated way better than the ones in Pryor, also MUCH cleaner. The ones in town are gross and you can generally watch the tweakers pocket everything they can get their hands on...Lately I've been very disappointed with the performance and overall experience at this store. One week day they closed at seven pm because an employee came in drunk the next week they didn't open until 930 because of a late employee. They have mask signs and social distancing recommendations posted everywhere but you gotta squeeze a filthy dog's chew toy, I've never seen them sanitize, to be checked out. Told me this morning they couldn't sell tobacco products because of a "hold on product". Used to be a great store. Gone way downhill in the past month...

Always "waiting on a delivery" (out of milk for over 5 months, out of ice for 6 days, Pepsi items not available, never has sale items). Restroom out of order for at least 6 months. When asked about basic items, told to go across street to gas station. I will drive the 7 miles to different store.

This store is never open and when it is you will spend 20 min in line. Have tried to call on several occasions to find out if they are open and they just hang up on you. Used to be good but now one of the worst stores I've been to. Will not be returning. Bad employees who don't want to work and randomly closes at 3 or 5 or just doesn't open at all.

The lack of employees forcing them to close early is the only reason for the two stars, it was my quick stop on the way home up until the new hours.
