I got my nails done at a salon across the street from em and em nails (Lucky nails) and was disgusted. The nail tech at the other place left visible dirt under fresh acrylics. The nails looked like nails from 10 different sets. They were awful. I immediately left and went to em and em. The girls were SO nice and personable! They doctored my nails and made them presentable. I returned a few weeks later for a fresh set and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a top notch experience with awesome ladies visit em and em nails. 🥰 Rae did an amazing job.💕💕💕

$62.50 is what the bill was after a horrible 20 minute job! Just a plain regular set of acrylics, nothing special! I wanted to tear the things off my fingers and throw them at this lady! They aren't pretty and still need A LOT of work! I wish I could take a picture that showed how thick they are and not smooth or even, crooked most of them half of them are filed coffin shaped and a few square like I asked for! My skin was glued to each and every nail and she left them that way. No scrubbing with a nail brush before polish. It's like a half finished job that she charged me double for! I wish I'd just gone to Walmart and that's pretty sad! She wasn't friendly whatsoever! I was uncomfortable and felt unwanted and definitely not appreciated. It was just a really awful experience and I'm very upset I was swindled out of $62.50! If they looked nice and I was happy with them it would be different. Or if the experience had been positive but neither of those are the case! Now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix them! It's just wrong! I will NEVER go back and I'll tell everyone I know. If you want to charge $62.50 for a set of acrylics it better be a posh day spa that pampers you and does an amazing job! These nails aren't worth $20!

not the best experience. i usually go to nail focus but i went here because they had gems. not going back. i scheduled my appointment 4 days in advance for 1:00 p.m. and they didnt start doing my nails until 2:00. i sat and waited for an hour. i got acrylics and they look good, but they are not worth what i paid for. most nails are crooked and tilted to the side instead of straight, the tops are not filed down smoothly, it’s all bumpy, there was still residue from when they shaved them down when i left, and the gems i got were not placed well. you can’t really notice these details from afar and they look relatively nice, but if you want much higher quality nails for a cheaper price then go literally anywhere else in claremore.

Taylor did an amazing job on my shellac nails and Lu rocked out my Pearl manicure ,with some much needed love for my hands and feet.Great staff personable, welcoming and great conversationVery professional while giving excellent customer service !Would very much recommend Em Em Nails for some TLC for any and all !❤️
