I take back my previous review its gotten better and i wash my vehicle at least once a week here if i can afford that my only issue now is its a Little more expensive than 1 i go to in chouteau but thats just how it is this is a good place to clean vehicle if it inst packed and be vigilant cause if you are waiting for a stall someone will jump right in and smile while they do it lol???

I had been using this car wash for 20 years or more, but recently I had been being overcharged by the machine for washing my car. The second to last time I went there it cost me $15 to wash my car for 5 minutes because I forgot to push the stop button before I left. Then yesterday, I did stop the machine after washing my car for around 7 minutes and the digital display said it was going to cost $5.75 and today, I see on my credit card a charge for $10. I called the dude that supposedly owns the place, and he could care less about what happened and went on to brag that he owned 10 locations, which was completely irrelevant to my issue, and came off as arrogant and unconcerned about his customers, but he won't have to worry about me anymore because I can easily go someplace else to wash my car.

I used a bay carwash and paid with my credit card. It was a long wash, maybe 20 minutes, and I was still actively using the wash. I was using the spot-free when a noticed a couple of bug spots, just as I was about to clean the 2 spots, the water shut off. Why would it do this when I was actively using the wash? It didn't alarm either, but it would let me start again for a $3 minimum, when all I needed was a minute or 2 to finish.

Paid for the showroom shine and didn’t even get all of the dust off of my truck! Won’t be going back.
