Went up there to get an estimate for my car after a deer hit me. Went up there in the morning didn’t have time to get me in drove back just for the manager to be rude and act like she didn’t have time to deal with us. When we confronted her about it she then acted like she had done nothing wrong. Will no longer be using gerber for anything. I will take my business elsewhere.

I just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento from out of state. There was a small crack in the bumper and the dealership agreed to pay for the repair. I dropped my car off at Gerber on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Brand new bumper and got an awesome detail. The staff is great! They tested all the sensors to confirm everything was in working order, they handled everything and kept me up to date on the progress. Their customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. Very rarely do I need a body shop but I always recommend Gerber as the place to go!

Have been dealing with on a 2020 Tahoe. First time went to pick it up had gaps on both side. Talked to manager and Tommy. After the second attempt they have still failed to fix it. Now our adjuster is having to deal with them attempting to make things right. I would Not recommend anyone using this place.

The manager Louise is not trustworthy along with an employee named Tommy. They are dishonest and do not take responsibility for things they did not fix correctly. Save yourself some stress and go to a different shop.

Recently had my Volvo S60 repaired at Gerber in Claremore after an accident that did substantial front end damage.
The customer service at Gerber is excellent. The repairs on my vehicle were going to take a bit longer than usual due to the make and model of my vehicle and parts availability, but the staff at Gerber kept informed and updated on the progress of the repairs and parts.
The repairs were done very professionally, with care, and attention to detail (so much so they even noticed little things like custom valve stem caps they transferred to the new rim!) The car looks amazing and runs and drives perfect.
I could not be happier with Gerber and their team and work!!!
This is the second vehicle I have had repaired with them and both came out amazing.
I highly recommend them!!!

I went in for an estimate on some auto windows n they apparently don't do their own windows even if it was the glass area. It's farmed out.

Can't say enough about Gerber in Claremore and Owasso. They both did a great job on two vehicles of ours in the last few weeks. Only difference was the Claremore Gerber kept me updated by text messages and that meant a lot. I like to know what's going on when my vehicles are being worked on.

After working on my suv, i noticed a flat tire in the area they worked. When asked about this, they said it was "Fine when they checked it." And proceeded to indicate how I "should have checked their work" before taking the keys. No offer for assistance, or even an apology for the inconvenience.I get Gas lighting, and have to buy a $200+ tire out of pocket.
