“The lady here single-handedly changed my mind about fudge. Listen, the rest of the store is super cute and packed with cool stuff, including coffee, honey, nuts, jams, and other farm-stand type goods. But this review is about fudge and why you need to go get some.

I've always wanted to like fudge. You can always find fancy fudge squares with exciting flavors. But it's always too sweet and/or grainy. I don't want more than a bite and it's never as good as it looks. I mentioned this while checking out, and the very nice lady at the counter said she makes it herself. I felt kinda awkward and didn't want her to feel like I was anti-fudge, so I went ahead and bought a square of s'mores fudge. It had a graham cracker bottom and marshmallows on top.

Well, now I know where to get fudge. I'm going for the raspberry one next time. This fudge is smooth and not too sweet, like biting in to a dense chocolate cloud. It's what I always expected fudge was like and had never found. I know it sounds odd, but I've tried A LOT of fudge. It's just so pretty and there are so many cool flavors! I really hoped I was just missing something. It has always disappointed me until now. At long last I know why people buy fancy fudge.
