Alyson listens when you want to try something new. And makes great suggestions. Super friendly. I won't go anywhere else.
Requested style: I showed a photo of a new style I wanted to try and got it. It looks great and easy to maintain.
Specialties: Love the highlights she does for me.
Hair type: My hair is super thick. It may take awhile to cut. But I get a great style.
Stylist: Alyson is great. She's always giving me great suggestions or willing to try something new I ask for.

Poor customer service. Called prior to coming about prices and when I got there nobody knew what I was talking about. Asked for a hair trim and shampoo, the lady couldn't figure out how to cut my hair straight and kept getting different layers. She told me that's the best she can do and said that'll be $20. I guess she was too busy to give me a shampoo with her and her coworker being the only ones in there. Also while my hair was being trimmed, a customer came in and said she had an appointment and the lady said she's not in and will be back in an hour. The customer repeated that she had an appointment and the lady continued to tell her that there's nothing she can do, but you can come back in an hour. Horrible customer service. Not only for me, but the customer with an appointment . Do not recommend.
