I was charged double by the cashier there when using my debit card at this location. Unacceptable, I had to correct the issue not maverick. They change employees constantly and now the incompetence is showing among current employees. Do not go to this location. They are capable of making big mistakes they just aren't capable of fixing them.

Love the store, not the girl working the counter this morning. Extremely rude, cold, didn’t smile or anything and was on her phone constantly. I work customer service and understand the customer fatigue but come on. She actually made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

Sucks paying with your card for Gas cause the take out double the amount and hold it for a week or longer even after their payment clears

This used to be one of my regular stops on my route when it was Kum & Go. They had multiple choices of food on the rollers for breakfast and lunch. They had sandwiches, wraps, and cookies that were good to eat too. Mavericks has nothing but hot dogs on the rollers and all of their sandwiches and wraps have chipotle mayo on it. Way to cater to one type of taste bud. The only thing Mavericks has offered that I liked was the Detroit deep dish pizza and I was told they are removing that too. Fortunately Quiktrip is less than a mile down the road and tends to be cheaper.

LOVE THIS LOCATION
My Husband and I won't go anywhere else in Claremore but here. Rob, the Manager, knows us by name. Morning and night when he's there. We started going here last year because of Rob. He earned our business. Mike, who works evenings, DUDE! We started coming in at night for Milk and small items to give you all the business because you are so awesome! Rob and Mike make this our go to location because of their AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE! Thank you for making the little guys feel special. You have our business. Because of how you treat us. Thank you!

If I can give it a 0 stars I will. I was treated so wrongly uncall for no support was done from the store manager Christi nor Erica. I asked for help and said the man that was at myt pump was rude and insulting, Not only did I asked support because I am pregnant it was denied. No support was given no assistance was given. Zero common courtesy. Zero Customer Service. It's so disappointed because it was a preference that I had to go there all the time and consume. With this kind of service I refused.
