I came here for a full set and was really happy with how the acrylics turned out. The shape was exactly what I wanted. They really know what they’re doing when it comes to shaping and working with powder, just talk to them what you want. One small tip, I’d recommend just showing up and asking how long the wait is. It seems to work better that way. Btw I like my nails

Just be ready to wait and when they say 30 min expect over an hour. An appt doesn’t matter. You will be next in line is all that means.
So far everyone that has done mine and my teens nails does an ok job. Pedicures are good. Not the BEST but not bad.

One girl rushed through my wedding nails and acted annoyed she even had to do them. It was a simple dip. And I got a fungus on two of my nails. When I asked for them to take them off, they took a nail tip and pried them off. That is a HUGE no no. As the daughter of a cosmetology instructor, you should NEVER do that. State Board maybe should pay a visit here.

Had appointment at 3 and I got there at 2:50 and they were taking clients walking in after me before me and at 3:45 when I was still waiting I left and went to California nails who got me in immediately. I was just wanting a simple pedicure, and this isn’t the first time they have treated me like that

If I could do -0 stars I would first off I want to start by sayin I gave the shop a 2nd chance bc over a year ago I went with my gma who was gettin her nails dipped at the time. This was her fave place & I got my regular acrylics that I usually get anytime I go anywhere And I ended up gettin horrible nail fungus that took forever to go away. It was embarrassing but I still was tryin to give the shop a 2nd chance & I never spoke up about that situation .. but I thought OK maybe this is just a accident or somethin but after today I realize they just don’t care about their customers. no longer will I go in there after callin them & askin them their price (50 for a set) they told me that price over the phone & settin in the chair & then when I get there she’s askin me how short or how long I want my nails before she clips them after attaching the tips & I showed her exactly where at around an inch or 2.. off the bat she called someone over & they were all laughing & she explained well that’s gonna be $10 added for length. OK so then add the $10, movin fwd. Fix ur price board & also what u tell people. Then She was trying to blame me for a situation that was for sure out of my control. She said go wash ur hands dnt use soap but scrub them. That’s exactly what I did I get back. She starts to put this base gel over my nails & I can tell it’s gettin clumpy @ I could tell that she was concerned it was gettin clumpy & then she asked me did u use soap? I said no that’s when I started to really watch what was goin on bcuz I knew somethin was about to go left It had nothing to do with me the nail polish she was putting on of theirs the base gel was splotching up really bad, and it was causing my nail polish Color to splotch up really bad I did bring my own polish but I even showed her photos of how I’ve never ever had this issue!!!! & how just last week they were absolutely perfect & not splotchy& instead of just saying hey, u need to pick a new color on her business behalf she put 4 coats on & was just gonna let me go like that & I had to tell her no that I’m not accepting this. this is beyond anything, & I’m literally nearly in tears at this point so for some reason even though I wasn’t rude, but I was clearly really sad & upset about the situation because Thursday I have to go out of town. I’ll be gone out of town for 3 days. She was clearly upset when I asked her if she would just get rid of the nail polish job & drill it off simple it’s not that hard to drill gel polish, but she got angry about it. I could feel the energy shift & she was hurtin me physically with the drill & I kept askin her repeatedly if she would be gentle bc it was hurtin me, but no she would get more rough & keep doin it worse & then it took me until I got home to realize that an entire nail snapped off.. hadn’t done anything but drive! there’s no way any should’ve snapped off like that but then I realized when I was looking at my nails it’s bc when she was doin all that hard drilling& hurtin me, she was drillin them so thin that they would break easily aka as a ‘scr*w u’ to me She ended up chargin me 35 at the end instead of the original 60. OK I was gonna accept that I’ll paint my own nails at home but I still gave her a five dollar tip bc I did feel bad because I’m a nice person overall. customer service was horrifying again this is not the 1st time I’ve dealt with a bad situation from this shop on top of the fact almost nearly the same exact situation happened with my mother a while back where they got angry with her & bc my mother did not like how they had messed up her nail color, they took it all off & told her to go elsewhere so now I’m seeing patterns. I don’t see how this place is still in business on top of the fact as I watched her put the acrylic on the entire time all I could think was the shape is not what I asked for it’s curved I wanted straight/flat square I don’t recommend this place to anybody everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I had to shorten words j

If you are someone with developmental disabilities or know someone or maybe happen to take care of someone like I do I absolutely do not recommend that you or that person bring your business to this salon. They were very disrespectful, rude and hurtful to my client.

When I lived in Claremore previously, I loved the services here—pedicure and dip nails. I couldn’t remember why I quit coming here. After returning twice, I quickly remembered. Quick is not what their service is. I had appointments both times, today I have sat for almost an hour with my feet in cold water while they have taken other walking customers. Why make an appointment?

Tommy does a great job on my nails. Always consistent. For pedicures, Tommy or Anna are my choice. There has been a few times I have had to go somewhere else and I have been disappointed every time.Services: Pedicure

Giving one star because you have to give something to rate a business. Worst service ever. Been getting my nails done for 25 years. I was not happy with the nail job, I asked for it to be fixed, and they soaked nails off and gave me my money back. WOW JUST WOW
