“After 3 attempts to color match my paint at Lowes, I went into Sherwin Williams. The gentleman notified me my paint sample was to small to color match from their machine. He proceeded to color match my paint by hand and would call me when it was finished. Approximately 1 hour later he called and notified me that my paint was ready. It was PERFECT! He color matched it and was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and also the quality of the paint and the time this man put in to color match my paint perfectly and answer all my ridiculous questions.”
