It was amazing I really enjoyed getting a tour of the shop and the information provided to me about all the various jobs that are performed there, the team work was impressive to me and I liked seeing the comradery amongst the workers, I felt really welcomed there and the overall experience was phenomenal

I worked in this company for 10 years and the management at that time gave us very good benefits, $1000 on Thanksgiving Day, job security bonuses, punctuality bonuses, food every safety meeting, earnings every 3 months. the company from 2 to 3%, all this with the previous administration. Today you have to be waiting for the surprise to see if they are going to give you one of all these royalties that were given they offer the 401K plan if you put a dollar they give you 10 cents. They don't give you anything just promises, and if they want you to learn all the work for the same salary of $20.00 an hour, previously there were 38 welders and a lot of staff on the floor. Today the new ones come in and learn everything and are not there for long because they are pure promises. If you think about going to work for this company, think very carefully and if you do, learn as quickly as possible and jump.

I don’t know why there’s so many complaints on here. This is honestly a great place to work.

They got too many bosses not doing enough for the company to justify their pay. And too many trying to shine on someone's else light!! I left as fast as I got there.
