RCB anti-fraud has been blocking genuine transactions on the weekends, preventing me from spending my own money. You cannot call as they are closed. So ultimately, you have to wait days before gaining access to your own funds. This is done to protect RCB, not the customer. I called the anti-fraud weekend line... and got voicemail. That is scary enough it has me questioning whether or not I want to continue using RCB for a bank. It's 2024 people.

I've been using this bank for about 20 years now and it's only gotten worse.When you get scammed for hundreds of dollars in a Florida Walmart on your debit card, they basically tell you it's your problem do nothing to help you, they will refuse to cancel a charge for anything. so if you get scammed, you're SOL.but when you're just trying to buy something on the Internet from a pretty well-known store, they are Johnny-on-the-spot with blocking your card. and their customer service will refuse to listen to you after you try to explain to them for the umpteenth time that you're just buying stuff. i just gave up and used PayPal for those purchases because this bank is so trash.so they rolled out their new online banking thing. I log in, they changed my password without saying anything and now I'm locked out of my account.I can't call their customer service because it's so full from other people having the same problem.I went to the bank to try to resolve the issue but there are over 15 people waiting in line to be seen by two CSRs. I would have happily closed my account at this point but I didn't want to wait 2 hours.absolute clownshow

My bank was recently purchased by RCB but I was never notified until my HR dept at my job emailed me that the routing number for my direct deposit had been updated. I put two & two together and figured it out. I visited the BA branch first thing this morning and was treated so poorly and with such callousness that I left in tears. There was no apology given for the fact that THEY failed to notify me about this change or the fact that there was a debit card and checks mailed out to me that are still missing and god knows where they are or who has them at this point. They acted like it was my fault that THEY HAD MY ADDRESS WRONG. I’ve never been so shocked by such a poor customer service experience and I work in customer service!! 0/10 would never ever recommend.

I would put my money in a coffee can before I put in the hands of RCB bank. For the love of god please never get a mortgage with them.
