They have been more than helpful to me and my family! Steven has a huge heart and even helped us during our hardships by replacing the money we were going to buy our daughter a coat with and came back to our house with a brand new coat for our daughter! Other rental places make me a little nervous and hard to trust but rent-a-center is on point! Brad is also an awesome individual! I give them a 10/10

Excellent customer service!! The current manager went above and beyond to help my son recover furniture that was rented in his name. The furniture served it's purpose and was able to go back when it was no longer needed. No long term obligation. This particular store is highly recommended by me.

Bike was locked up. Was stolen and never recovered. Was paying for insurance protection but apparently after a several phone calls it was not honored. Will not be doing business here again.
