If you're black go elsewhere. They do not have anyone hired that is experienced with black hair care but the front desk will lie and say they do because they know black hair care is expensive and want your money. They could have told me they had no one, instead I got someone that took 8+ hours to do a sew-in with 2 bundles and a tiny closure. This is a 2 hour hairstyle, considering I came washed already. I also had my newborn with me, and we shouldn't have been there as long. That poor girl they set up, tried her best to do my hair and stuck it out until the very end, considering she has never done a sew-in in her life. She had a great attitude and wonderful personality.
However, I can't say the same about some of her rude coworkers. They were sneak dissing, talking crap about me from a few yards away thinking I wouldn't notice. My hairstylist knew what they were doing, so she interjected and kept me calm because she could tell I don't tolerate disrespect.
I'm from the fourth largest city in America and have never had this problem before. So my advice is, if you live in Claremore, and have to drive 2 hours to Oklahoma City for experienced hairstylists, do it. It will be worth it.

I have used this salon several times and really like it. I usually use Deonna for my massage, she is amazing. Deonna has done wonders working out the knots in my back and shoulders. I have also used Brad for massages, he is really good too. I had not had a facial in a long time, had one today with Brad and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this salon.

My wife loves this place. So I buy her massages and other stuff for mother's day and her birthday. Have always paid in cash to help a local small business avoid bank charges. I bought her a mother's day special for $115 and now when she goes to redeem it they don't have it in their system. So I paid a second time for the mother's day special, $230!! Thanks guys won't be seeing y'all again.
UPDATE: Just got a call from the owner and she found it!! Super impressed with the response. Thank you so much! My wife loves this place and I'm glad to say she will be back!

Massage with Bradley was great. My only complaint was I was a little cold. They got me in same day and everyone was very friendly. Would drive to Claremore again to return!

I didn’t want to complain but I’m truly frustrated and disappointed with my hair cut. Shorter than requested and simply looks choppy. My spouse commented this the moment he saw me. So I’m sad about the outcome.

I don’t normally post reviews but I feel like I have to. Me and my sister went to go get our nails done. This was my first time after having a baby and I wanted to treat myself. My sister got taken right away and her gel nails did not look good or look like the picture. She wanted a very dark red and she got a dark red but it didn’t have enough coats so it came out much lighter. I got taken back 15 min into my appointment time and had to check in twice. That’s fine I didn’t have anything else to do. The woman that did my nails was so nice and we had good conversation but she took almost two hours (which I don’t mind but you would think they would look really nice if someone is taking it nice and slow. Anyway it came out crooked and uneven. I had to take them off because I didn’t feel good having them on. I did want to make a scene about them so I just tipped and left because I was panicking. I just feel that all the staff are made to do every service they have even when they are not good in a certain area.

My husband bought me a massage for my bday and Deonna was the BEST!! Honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. She worked a long time on the tense area I had in my shoulders. Thank you Deonna!!!!
