!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!
On saturday 12/30/23 I went for a haircut and told the lady to shape my beard but dont take any length off wich my beard was about 3-4 inches long. She continues to cut my beard off down to a half inch or less and it looks like a hack job all different lengths like it was cut with a sharp rock. She missed behind my ears and just totally didn't try on my hair or beard, in the end she still said she didn't take any length off my beard but she cut 3 inches off.
Lady seemed like she was on drugs and she talked nonstop the entire time she was ruining my hair and beard. Absolutely ridiculous.
I got my money back but at that point I really could care less about the money.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this time I felt it was important, bc people love their hair and don’t want it messed up. I went in for a perm, I’m out of state and so I wasn’t close to my hairdresser. Before the perm she asked what kind and I told her loose spirals. She washed my hair, didn’t use conditioner. Combed my hair rarely roughly. I knew at this point something was off but I didn’t want to hurt no one’s feelings. She then went to start the perm and I reminded her I wanted a haircut also. I told her some long layers, I didn’t want to lose any length bc I knew that would look best with my long hair. She took off 4 inches!! The layers don’t blend (I didn’t know until I got home, bc she keeps you facing away from the mirror). She then went to roll my hair on the small white rods with the rubber band that goes up the side. I reminded her I wanted a loose spiral. She said this is a spiral. She was about 5 rods in and I was fuming, but again didn’t want to hurt anyone feelings. At this point I asked her how long she has been doing hair and she told me since 1986. She got all my hair rolled and then drenched me with solution. It was rolled the best, even it wasn’t the kind I wanted. I had stray hairs going everywhere that didn’t make it on the rods. I was not freaking out and not happy at all. The whole time she was rolling my hair, she was talking with another customer about the nursing home. She wasn’t listening to me at all!! Afterwards, she washed out the solution and not good at all. She even stopped mid wash to go answer the phone. Then she sat me under the dryer to dry my hair. She added no hair care products (gel or mousse), and I told her that’s not what I was wanting to which she replied “I love it and your kids will love it”. I’m thinking I don’t love it and it’s my hair. After I got home I noticed first hand the disaster of my hair. Their is straight non blended layers, a kinky curly small curl that’s fried bc it was over processed and my hair line at my bangs feel like sandpaper. I guess from been scorched by product or all my hair being pulled out right there?? She wasn’t a listener, did what she thought would look good, not what I wanted, over-processed my hair and gave me a bad hair cut. Had no remorse or sympathy when I told her it’s not what I wanted. I feel like others should know because I’m almost certain this has happened many times and if I seen a review about it, I definitely would have choose a different place to go. I give her zero stars and personally feel like Lisa should retire.

She starts talking and forgets what I want. So if you like to chat up a storm and refuse to cut your hair to what u want, then use her. My mom and I won't be back.

Able to get in same day when I called but was not listened to when explaining how I wanted a trim. I ended up with a bob two inches shorter than I asked for and lopsided. Will not recommend and will not be back.
