Both men that assisted me were extremely professional and kind. They noticed that the skid plate only had 1 screw holding it in place. The last place my oil was changed must have failed to tighten them down I guess. The young men helping me stated that if I purchased them on Amazon, they would attach them free of charge. That is going above and beyond. I am a loyal Take 5 customer now!

I’ve been getting my oil changed here since they bought the business and all the sudden they won’t sell me the economy oil change. $100 for an oil change…they informed me that who ever changed my oil last zipped tied my skid plate…I’ve not gone anywhere else for an oil change. They tried to sell me an air filter for $40. I’ll be looking around for some place else next time. The customer service is good. The shop is clean and they’re pretty quick about things.

I know it was hot but these guys cut corners, And didn't offer me a water and they didn't even spell my name right so I had to repeat all of my information even though I've been there a million times. It literally just sent me a message asking "Barandon" Care to leave a Google review...
I'm usually a $40 tipper but I only left about 12 bucks that day
