I have never rented a dolly before and was excited to do so as I needed one, I rented a car dolly and as seen on TV u can return them at any uhaul location or so I thought!! I was never told it had to be that specific location yet I was charged 180$ for what they call wrong drop off (I had it for less than 2hrs) and dropped it off at the uhaul place other end of town I even waved at the camera. Spoke to a complaint person and they/he said it was taken care of sorry for this that should have been explained to u as local is drop off same location I thought it was over NOPE they just today without notice for phone call removed 100$ from my account, I WILL NOT BE USING THAT UHAUL LOCATION AGAIN!!

If this is the place and Oologah it was all right the man didn’t have no one there to rent me a U-Haul when I needed it the most had to go to a different U-Haul but that U-Haul was great

I was running late and came in right about the time she was getting ready to close up. She was still completely friendly and professional and she took her time to get me the best deal for the you haul. She price matched me for a Budget truck and gave me a military discount. She showed us how to use the truck and walked around it with us to make sure it was in good shape. If I need a youhaul in the future, I will rent from here again. Excellent service, thank you!
