Bella was patient and kind and helpful! I had a difficult package and she helped me figure out the best way to package it and sourced all the materials for me! It was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be to package it! And she took the time to help me! I will go back to this UPS store whenever I can! Thanks!!!

I have been using the store in Claremore, for almost 18 years. Several of the people are familiar faces. Jacob and Kayla, as did Tosha and gimmie when they were there, do a wonderful job of taking care of my needs. It can be a complex situation and I never have to worry about whether or not, my packages will be shipped to the right place. They are beyond my favorite.

Sales associate was rude. He approached the counter still eating food. When I explained I wasn't sure about the return label, he grabbed the package and the slip and said that's it and walked away .

They won’t stop sending my packages to Access Points. I never asked for this, I wanted it to be delivered to my address. If you are going to pull this stunt on people at least notify them before the package is returned to sender…
