I was due for a free phone upgrade. I went in to the Claremore location and I was told that the phone I chose, which wasn't the newest, wouldn't cost anything. The sales rep lied. We are being charged an additional $50 a month. I have a 2-year contract with US Cellular. Once it's up I'll be switching carriers. They're probably all the same and I'm going to try to find one that's honest with their customers.

Gabe Freeman made such a complicated process perfectly easy to understand and was able to get me much more than I was shopping for originally!!! For even less than I could imagine. I have nothing against any other staff member, he was just the one that helped me and I would be content keeping my business here if every staff were to act this way. Wonderful shopping experience.

Bought a new Samsung S22 a week ago and called to upgrade it to a S23. I paid cash for it so it will take weeks for a refund to complete the upgrade. I've been with US for 6 years and I am very disappointed so I'm taking this phone to AT&T and getting a new phone and new service.. I'm changing phone carriers which I should have done to begin with. I’ve been a customer of US cellular since 2004, and I’ve always been happy with the service of the phones. Today, I went in to buy a new phone, waited for an hour to be helped, and when finally being helped, the guy answered a phone call. Talked for about 10 minutes, and still talking when I left the store. Very poor customer service. When you’ve waited an hour to be helped, and the phone rings, you’re forfeiting a customer who is in the store to buy a new phone.I guess losing a sale and a long time customer doesn’t seem to matter anymore.There were two other guys helping same customers for over an hour, and still hadn’t finished with them. Lost an hour at work and still no new phone. Accomplished nothing thanks to poor customer service.

I'm not interested in contacting the store.I'm not getting disrespected again by a person who doesn't even read the paper after I clearly gave him the information!!!!!Go to Straight Talk!!!!You Have Control And U don't get beat down by a some one who doesn't take care of U Respecably!!!

I've been with US cellular since 04, and today was the first time I visited this location. Let me just say BRAVO, ladies! I watched as two employees managed to offer excellent customer service to several customers while setting up a new service for 2, setting up a phone that was being fixed, taking a handful of payments, and offering helpful advice on the lifeline to one.

I always have great service at this USCC! I scheduled an appt on my phone and walked right in! We upgraded plans and added 2 phones...all that in under 30 minutes! It was a great experience!

My phone completely died and Jacob Bushyhead did a great job helping me get my important things off my old phone. He took the time to really help me. As usual it was a good experience with US Cellular.
