there is one bright spot after living in a rural area, and having my culvert smashed to the point of having to replace it, my mailbox hit/damaged on more than one occasion by the mail girl, along with the flag being broken from the inside three times because she’s too lazy to bring a package to the porch so she STUFFS them into the mailbox (I witnessed it all). I even had the postmaster out to my house after they crushed the cinderblocks I put out to keep them off my 20 foot culvert. but I digress, I moved to town and the bright spot is my mail carrier, Brittany. She goes above and beyond, she is very pleasant, and she does a fantastic job. I love her. SHE gets the 5 stars.

Had an overnight delivery, CAR KEYS I NEEDED. My boyfriend was home all day and in the living room, they left a slip saying they missed us in the mailbox. They never rang the doorbell or knocked. So the mail delivery person basically just wrote a slip out and drove on by. Why would you do that with an overnight package?

I use this post office quite often for various different reasons mailing a package, dropping off letters, getting a passport, and I’ve never had a problem. Everyone is always super helpful and kind and efficient!

Delivered my letters to my mailbox, but delivered my package to someone else's house. How does that make sense?Idk. They had the ball so close to the endzone and decided to fumble it.

lazy nobody can pick up a phone any more all automated wast of time what happened to the old day were u call and a human anwers the phone and actually does there job

Andrea W is an exceptional employee. I called wondering about an issue with a package. She was very pleasant and helpful, and took all my information so she could call me back to figure out what was going on. USPS is lucky to have her!

What a mess, I too have a package that I dropped off over a week ago and still says at local post office.... Now i get to go inside and talk to the wonderful staff.. (thick with sarcasm)

They marked my package as delivered to the correct address despite me checking the delivery within 3 minutes of the completed tracking update. Nothing was in my mailbox and they blamed my neighbors as porch thieves. Never had this many problems with fedex or ups. Absurd.

Lost package of control substance meds.2nd time !! Thanks to a young man we got 3 packages that were delivered to his grandparents address.we have informed mail that shows time & dates of mail.The phone just rings & rings.Reading the reviews, we are not the only ones that KNOWS this place is out of control! Not bad customer, don't care if you do a good job you will get a few difficult people that give you a bad review,but there's a ton of bad reviews not just a few.We contacted the inspector General office to file a report about a controlled substance lost some place.THIS IS DANGEROUS IN THE WRONG HANDS!! Being bad at your job can be very harmful or even deadly. The post office put our community in danger.

Please consider using another post office. I dropped my package off last Thursday morning and it never got scanned and is now “lost”. Personally I think they still have it. I went into the post office this week on Tuesday and they basically said it was probably just human error and was not scanned. They didn’t even try to look for it. The package has not been scanned in Tulsa or anywhere else which tells me … it’s still there where I dropped it off or someone at the post office stole it. I will not be using there services again.

I did leave 1 star because Medication was shipped back and forth and 2 days late, but Amy called me from here and let me know it was being delivered today and it was.Appreciated

All of you giving one star reviews are bad customers. I had an excellent experience here mailing a money order. It was busy and the ladies were polite and very helpful. 10/10

This particular USPS location is very helpful and friendly. I have had to go up there when I worked at Car-Mart and it was always enjoyable. However USPS in general don't waste ur money on priority express or if you do keep the receipt and get that money back on those times they running behind.
