Walmart in Claremore, OK has an employee checking everyones receipt as they tried to leave the store. This employee named Patty, demands everyone wait in-line and if someone refuses she will chase after the customer to the parking lot and take down their car license number. This is not store policy, she just does it! They only time employees are to ask for a receipt is when an item it not bagged. What's laughable because Walmart only has one size bag and no large bags. So if you buy something that doesn't fit in their small bags they have to check to make sure you are not stealing the item, even though all other items are baged and you just left the cashier. Now Patty has made it her mission to check evey customer bags regardless of the rules. After dealing with a very rude Patty, I decided today to talk to a couple of empoyees. All employees confirmed Patty is always doing this and how nasty she is to the customers. One employee took it upon herself to call the manager in hope that I would say something to the manager and stop Patty. Well it only got worse. Crystal walked up with a hard-nose attitude, not the store manager but she claimed to be one of the managers of the store. I told her I wanted to talk about Patty and immediately she said several other customers have already complained about Patty. Right away she wanted to know the exact day and time of each incident. I guess she thought it was my job sit at walmart and record everything. She kept asking as her voice got louder and louder. I was totally taken back by her abusive attitude towards me. She said she needed to see it on tape. Now I know why none of the other employees have spoken up. For Crystal, customers complaints are worthless, she needs to see it on tape. Her lack for customer service skills is shocking! Crystal was the rudeness person I have ever talked to in my 65 yrs and I lived in Chicago and LA. She also advised me to shop elsewhere! I don't know why Crystal refuses to address all the complains and why she attacked me the way she did. I have already lodged several complaints with Walmart's headquarters. Maybe they can get her the help she needs.

My recent visit to Walmart was deeply troubling. I witnessed a blonde manager unjustly accusing a customer of protesting and calling the police when they were actually spreading love to someone on the phone. It was a shocking display of discrimination and intolerance. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until they address and rectify such behavior.

The crosswalk is such a pain in the ass to drive through. People keep popping up out of nowhere and yell at you. Then employees literally force themselves in your way. Get your shit together like Broken Arrow Walmart.

Absolutely the worst Walmart I have ever been to.. Do not recommend coming here if you can help it.. it's worth it to just go to reasors. Walmart pickup? Don't even think about it I sat there for 45min before someone even came to my car. This is the 3rd time this has happened and Iv only gone during busy hours once.. terrible customer service regardless if you go inside or just do a pick up. They NEVER have the products you need when you go, shelves have always been half empty even before covid.

This is the absolute worst Walmart I've ever been to. They are always out of stock on everything, their self checkout is a total joke. They have no conveyor belt self checkout lines. Just unreal when it comes to self checkout. I loathe this Walmart. Their pickup service is a joke. I came here on January 23, 2022 to pick up my order which was already delayed. Once I got the confirmation email that my order was ready I head over. Mind you, I didn't get the confirmation "your order is ready" email until 5 minutes to 6pm when my pickup time was supposed to be between 5-6pm. I get here and there's a line all the way to the road entrance for the Pickup parking spots. I wait in that line for an hour until I finally get a spot. I have now been sitting in a pickup parking spot for an hour. I cannot imagine what high school kid they have running the pickup service but it's a real joke. This has become a huge part of their service and to not have it staffed effectively is ridiculous. With Covid still running wild with its many variants they should know this service is going to be in HIGH demand. I've never been so disappointed in a Walmart before and let me tell you I've been to a ton of them. This one takes the cake as the worst. I'll be going to Owasso for my pickup orders from here on out. It will most assuredly take less than 2 hours round trip including the wait for the pickup. My time is valuable and this snail pace service is simply unacceptable on every level. I don't blame the poor kids bringing the orders out I blame whoever is directing them and making sure orders are together and organized.

the older portly woman working behind the hot food counter had her big old hairy nose hanging out of the mask and was breathing all over the food then coughed. unsafe and unsanitary obviously the result of lack of supervision.

Of all the Walmarts I have been in during my 62 years of life there is none worse and more disgusting than the one in Claremore Oklahoma. This is the most poorly managed, screwed up store I've ever been to in my lifetime. It is impossible to find anything, and the employees don't know where anything is either. It is twisted up, messed up, confusing and needs a manager who knows how to arrange a store. I will gladly drive to the surrounding areas of Tulsa, Catoosa, Owasso, Pryor and Vinita Oklahoma, or Coffeyville Kansas or Joplin Missouri, if I need to shop at Walmart. I will NEVER set foot again in Claremore Walmart. This has never been a great store but it has now become the WORST in the world. Please burn it!

Front end greeting lady is absolutely rude and has a power trip that needs to be adjusted. Have even told other employees about how rude she is. One employee told me if I shop and get out before 8am I won't have to deal with her since she arrives at 8am. Also hate how every time I have to check myself out. If I have to check myself out at YOUR establishment I should get a discOunt. This is one reason why I hate Walmart and wish to never shop their again.

I went a ordered a cake I said the size cake I wanted went the next day to get it the size was completely different so I had to get that cake and another one as well in order to feed everyone at the birthday party will never order from there agian

My fav for monthly grocery shopping! I get the electric cart and as I travel around store employees ask if I need help along with other customers! Only 1 employee not too friendly! He was too busy putting supplies on shelf! Upon checking out I always ask for help out to my car! Sometimes I wait sometimes they are right there! But Monday not a good day, shelves are usually empty !

First let me say that I rarely have a good experience at Walmart and today was no different. I was in the self check out and the bag reader kept giving me an error. Instead of the lady in charge helping she stood there trying to tell me what I was doing wrong. I tried to explain that the reader kept giving me an error. She wouldn't help or listen. So I left it all and went to Reasors where they know what customer service means, they are helpful and smile.
