I brought my phone to this shop to have a simple cracked screen repaired, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My screen was fixed but the screen was faulty. My screen turned completely black then started to change colors. After the repair attempt, the phone no longer worked at all, and I was told from apple they ruined the connectors and completely messed up the phone making it inoperable.
Because of this, I ended up having to purchase a completely new phone, costing me over $700—an expense I was absolutely not planning for. I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of accountability and the overall service I received.
I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision. I would recommend going to an apple certified place.

87 dollars to replace my screen however my phone is practically falling apart and my speaker doesn't work anymore. I don't know what he did to my phone but I won't trust this place for phone repairs. First and last time giving this place my business.

Broke my phone argued with me and then closed early after telling me to come back two hours still has my phone and by the way, just use a credit card to pay for their crooked services. If they mess your phone up, just get your money back through your credit card company not just you don't want to pay for it, but because they actually screwed your phone up, mine was really expensive. Now they're illegally charging money on my credit card so I will be suing them i suggest you do not use these people

Absolutely amazing ! This man fixed my power button but for less than a third of what anyone else was charging. He was quick empathetic and overall amazing! Without him I would have lost all of my kids pictures.
