I had amazing customer service, and they are only or one of few places in town with internet service today. (was a fiber optic outage)

Their customer service is atrocious, I'm 24 hours without service, they're technician can't get into my modem, no communication from them, it's like I don't exist. Just give up another modem, is it that hard??
