I stopped in last minute for an emergency tire repair at the end of the day. Even though the guys were busy, and it was late in the day, they were so kind and dropped what they were doing to plug my tire. Thank you!!!

Im glad to see all the good reviews here which is what led me to go to Bob's auto repair. Unfortunately my experience with this company did not reflect the same as these five star reviews. I had an ac issue, they ran diagnostics, said they couldn't find anything. Told them I had replaced high side pressure switch. They asked for old one. I took it to them, they installed old. Said oh, it's fixed $574.00 please. I called them on it. They said if any problems, they will diagnose free. Their words. They lied. Now they said there was stripped bolt on line going into compressor. Didn't show on first two vacuum tests because it was sucked up tight enough, it sealed for test . Okay I actually gave them that one, because it does make sense. They said okay fixed, $278.00. I said so what if I have another issue. I was told diagnostics would be free, they lied. This time time supposedly it was a loose expansion valve that takes less than three minutes to get to, was loose. They said okay fixed $264.00 please. Oh and by the way, I replaced the old high side pressure switch back to the new one first time I brought it home, because like I already knew, that wasn't the problem. All this too say, they let it out of shop twice not repaired. I feel they should refund last two charges, because it wasn't repaired. If it was family oriented, I would think they would agree. 🤔 anyway. That was my experience.

Went to Bob's today and got an oil change and they did an outstanding job they filled the fluids looks like a really nice brand name oil filter and they did it and a quick amount of time. Definitely highly recommended

I’ve used Bob’s Auto for multiple fix’s on my car. Each time I was provided with great explanations of the diagnosis of the problem and what seems to be the best way to fix the problem financially and reasonably. I will cont to use Bob’s for all my auto needs.

Bobs auto is amazing! I came here to get my truck fixed because it wasn’t wanting to start, they spent so much of their extra time on it to make sure they knew what was wrong with it and tested every wire to eventually find out I needed a new PCM. They did great work on it and were very kind and attentive!

Bob’s Auto helped me out so much this past week. My car broke down over an hour away from home, they were the closet shop to get towed too but that really ended up being a blessing because they took such good care of my car! They worked hard to save me money - cutting down on their labor time as much as they could. They worked with a tight turnaround I required due to moving. They worked with me on everything the car needed. And on top of their amazing auto care they also are all kind individuals that made working with them very pleasant :)
