The manager Pam is very rude and Unprofessional no people skills at all. Went to buy breakfast this morning and made a joke that I might can stomach the food. She flat out told me that I don't have eat it, and that she didn't find anything funny about my joke. Mind you she was not the person ringing me up. I decided not to purchase and file a complaint instead.Her overall attitude is not public friendly.

Most rudest cashier I ever met wanted q15 on fuel but decided on 20 she said she already rang up 15 very rudly I will never buy anything from that store again and I will be calling corporate

I do like OnCue, however the small store in Cleveland does not carry everything you put on special or for free throughout the year. It’s frustrating when I see something I’d like to try that the app says is free that day only to find out upon arrival the store doesn’t carry that item. Can you try to at least have the item in the store so those of us who are constant customers sample it?

Straight trash. Over priced. Coffee tastes like water and its over 2 dollars for a medium size the morning lady is rude and you act like you are bothering her. Sadly its the only place in Cleveland that is open 24 hours
