“Tried Bob's Auto for an issue I was having. I was a little shocked at the cost of the repair. It was an electrical issue and I understand the time it can take to track these issues. Well, after having it for a week, they finally had it fixed. So I thought. So took it back, and they couldn't get it to act up. After another week or so, it acted up again so I took it back. They had it another week. Only because I travel. Not because it took them that long. Well, this time he found the problem. I was fully prepared to fight any charges they might have wanted to charge me. But to my surprise, they didn't charge me a dime. Thank you Bob's Auto for being a stand up repair center. If anyone knows me, I do not trust mechanics. So, the reason for only 4 stars is their lack of updates. A courtesy call is always appreciated. I fully recommend Bob's Auto!”
