Called to get my pickup worked on they told me it would cost around 5,000 to fix it so I called all the other ford dealers in western Oklahoma they quoted me from 2,600 to 3 600 so I would recommend going somewhere else

This place has great prices, great staff, & great vehicles with fair prices. My family and I got the pleasure to work with Mr. Kent. He made us feel comfortable and had so much integrity.
I found a vehicle, bought my vehicle, and signed all the paperwork in 20ish minutes. I love this place and will definitely go back again. Thanks McKinsey Ford for everything!

Worst car buying experience
After 2 weeks transmission went out on my F350
I was forced to pay thousands of dollars to get my vehicle back in running condition.
Also was told they had the tailgate for my truck at their shop and I trusted them ended up getting a KingRanch tailgate on my PLATINUM truck
Check engine light has been on since day one since the truck was ‘modified’ and cats were removed. So I bought a $70k truck without catalytic converters and a bad transmission!
Ended up paying more than $12k to get all the hidden treasures fixed!
Do your research and inspect the vehicle so you don’t have as bad of an experience as I did
The manager at the time was no help what so ever. I hope they get it together and make sure they inspect the vehicles better before selling them!

I honestly cannot say enough good about this dealership! After two years of troubles with the big city dealership I purchased from - Aaron in Service was like a gift from heaven! I fortunately broke down at the right exit on the highway and these amazing people got me back on the road quickly, all while making me truly feel like I mattered, my safety mattered, and like they were just as invested in my cross country trek being as smooth as I was.From the bottom of my heart - thank you so much, that was a very stressful situation and day for me - your consideration did not go unnoticed and it meant the world to me.Five stars is pale in comparison to what you honestly deserve.
