They are prompt. You have to call first and make sure your script is available. Yes.bthey are busy. You cannot get your message if the pharmacist is not available (laws and such). Most of the time friendly and work with your insurance.

The app to order refills is so easy and I don’t have to try to remember to call. And the text you receive when your order is ready is very helpful
