“Exceptional!!! Toyota platinum recommended three things to be done to my Rav 4 hybrid which has 26,000 miles. Costing several hundred dollars worth of work. One being an alignment. So I took it to John Chak's. Not only did I NOT need Toyota's recommendations. They found the front and back right control arm needed to be replaced. My car is still under warranty. So Toyota will perform the repair. After my 4 free oils changes from Toyota I will be taking my car to John Chak's! Toyota agreed with John Chak's assessment. The part has been ordered and it will cost me zero. So very appreciative of John Chak!!!! New!”

“When do you find a mechanic that is reasonable and honest? I recently took my vehicle there asking for a specific repair to be done and they quoted me a specific price. Once all was said and done, they found that what I was asking to be repaired was unnecessary and fixed the vehicle at a significant lower price. And I mean significant! They could have just a as easily completed what I asked and never said a word. Very honest couple of men. It's now my go to mechanic..”

“I have have made three visits to this shop for both preventative work and repair work on my 2009 F250 and could not be more pleased with my experience. I am not sure where these low ratings are coming from, other than to say that if you find a good place that is fair and does good work, maybe you need to be more patient. Highly recommended!”

“One of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. Owner stayed late and gave advice when I had to take my alternator off.i would have been stuck all weekend without a truck if it wasn't for him. It was a Friday and he closed at 5 but actually stayed til 630 to make sure I could get my tru k running again. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Support his business if you need an alternator refurbished. You won't regret it. Not only that but he has great attitude towards his customers and thats a rarity with any business associated with car parts or mechanics.”
