“This Main St bank is my very favorite place to go. The employees all know me. But the main bank that they just built on Taylor St in Sherman is a good one also. They are very pleasant in both. I used to go to the one on Morton St. But the people that work there are kinda rude now to me when I go there. I used to know everyone in that onw also, but most of the people I knew are gone.”
“I have been doing business with them for over 30 years and so has several members of my family and we are very pleased with the service. But you have to remember it’s a credit union and not a bank there are some differences. But they’ve always been responsive to any need immediately. So I’ll give a shout out to TEFCU. Oh the other hard thing is looking them up online to connect with other Financial institutions sometimes it’s difficult for them to find them because they’re not a bank. But I’ve always had it straightened out very easily when I called the credit union.”

“I use to go to the bank on university here in Durant, but the lady there came off as rude to me and honestly I was thinking about switching banks, the only reason I didn't was because everyone else is very helpful, but some how I always get her and I just didn't feel like messing with her anymore. So, today I decided to go to the bank on Main Street also in Durant and the lady there was so awesome I wish I could remember her name. Anyway there's a big difference in professionalism between the two banks, even though it's out of my way I will stick to going to the main bank on Main Street.”
