The Oklahoma Visitor Center and Rest Area is a clean and well-maintained stop, offering friendly and helpful staff. Visitors can enjoy a gift shop that sells MIO goods, state maps, and souvenirs, making it a good place to gather information or pick up gifts. The center is easily accessible for northbound travelers, with clear directions for southbound traffic. Restrooms are outside and well-lit on one side, remaining accessible even when the building is closed. Visitors appreciate the helpful staff, who provide maps, literature, and directions, and enjoy the free coffee available. The site features a fun Sasquatch cutout and is suitable for a quick rest, especially on hot days, with amenities like a fountain for filling water bowls. Overall, it is a friendly, convenient stop for travelers.
On the way to Tulsa, OK, from North Texas, I made a stop here. There are restrooms outside so I didn't have to enter the building. There are shaded picnic tables, a dog park for big & small dogs, vending machines, and outdoor benches. It was easy to get in and out.

This is not at the place Google has it placed in. It's at 1882 hwy 69 Colbert, OK. Google has this on some random road in the town of Colbert. It's really cool and they're friendly! Clean bathrooms, drinks, they have soccer on to watch and some stuff to view outside
