We had been researching and looking for a camper for several weeks. Last week we visited the RV Station in Colbert, Oklahoma as well as local dealers in Sherman and the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. After comparing quality, pricing, sales approaches and impressions we returned to the RV Station in Colbert to purchase a beautiful, new Rockwood camper. Zac Rodriguez was our sales consultant and played a big part in our decision.Of course, the quality of the Rockwood camper was obvious when compared with other makes and models, but the reputation of the service department, the willingness to accommodate our camping needs as well as our budget was what finalized our decision. We look forward to using our new camper often in the future and trust Zac and our friends at the RV Station in Colbert, Oklahoma to help us keep our camper in tip-top condition for years to come.

We purchased the Outback RV in June 2021. Once we arrived at the location in Tyler Texas and set the RV up we found the AC in the front of the RV was not cooling. We contacted the RV station multiple times and they came out and tried to repair the AC, but the compressor of the RV had never been bolted down in the unit. RV Station replaced the unit with another unit it did not work and we tried to get it repaired or a warranty unit installed. After nearly two years we contacted an RV repair shop which was suggested by RV Station and they came out a month ago and ordered a warranty AC unit and replaced the 2nd defective one. We have had multiple issues with the RV, refrigerator was not working and freezing inside the refrigerator and RV station came out multiple times and finally put new seals and this still isn't working. The paneling started falling off the wall, the bolts on the recliners broke and those had to be repaired, the carbon monoxide detector does not work properly, the fire department had to come out and evacuate our daughter for a full day. The washer and dryer we purchased were not installed properly and the RV Station in Tyler came out after multiple times and reinstalled the correct legs, etc on the washer and dryer. Even though the warranty AC was installed the RV in the front of the unit is still not cooling. During the heat of the day it gets to being 80-90 degrees. Receptacles were left uncovered, blind above the kitchen stove was broken. The shower head is broken and was not repaired. They advised we replace with a new shower head. We were even told by the maint. depart. "They asked did you purchase this RV during Covid. We said yes, the maint. dept. proceeded to tell us the RV was thrown together by Keystone RV because it was going to be shut down and they would not be able to sell the unit after, so they threw the together as you can see is terrible. For a brand new RV we had had to replace mult times. We paid for these issues either to get these repaired or pay for maintenance to come out and repair. After multiple visits from the maint at the RV Station and paying for those visits the AC was never repaired by them. The other items were finally addressed and repaired. As for the refrigerator it has yet to be repaired properly. We will have to purchase a refrigerator ourselves. Be sure when you purchase an RV to do your research on value to pricing. It doesn't always benefit to go with the lowest price. We just happened to purchase from this RV company because we needed to get our daughter moved for university.

I drove 10 hours to purchase a used rv from this dealership. When I arrived the unit looked nothing like it did in the pictures. Waste of time and money. They did offer to fix everything whenI told them I no longer wanted the unit but I already fed up with this place. Why try and hide all the problems? Why wasn't it already fixed and ready to go? Shady shady dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

April 2022 I bought a brand new Springdale camper from RV station in Colbert Oklahoma after finishing the paperwork come to pick my camper up and they decided to let me know that they had already told that went and switched out all my financial paperwork did not include the tax title and license Still have not fixed that I had to take my camper in for service over six months later I get my camper back and it is not completed when I delivered my camper. It was in perfect condition clean now it is filthy covered in dirt filled with grass and dirt on the inside, the employees have done nothing but continuously lie to me about what they’re doing or where we are going to get the repairs finished appropriately. Had to bring this to the general managers, the regional managers and the service center attention if this is how we continually do business I don’t see how RV station in Colbert Oklahoma is still in business I’ve requested for their attorney information and they have denied that multiple times Chris McAllister the manager there is absolutely not a right fit. The service manager is not a right fit. The lady told me my camper needs to be fired. Absolute and total disregard for customer service for the product they sell.

I came back from a trip and had a really ruff ride driving my 2017 Jayco Precept 35S motorhome. We were looking for a place to be able to inspect the chassis, suspension, and verify that the "J ride plus" system components were working like they are supposed to. We talked to Alicia there at RV Station in Oklahoma. She wrote everything down we explained to her about the ruff ride and we asked if they were a certified place that can work on Jayco RV motorhomes. She said, yes we are. She wrote up the the work order, we had additional things like a bolt that was coming up on the floor, air-conditioning, toilet seat, tire pressure and the refrigerator/ freezer. We had an appointment on Thursday, but they didn't look at it until Monday morning. I talk to her Monday morning and Alicia told me they are not certified or qualified to actually work on the chassis, recommended us to take it to a Camping World in Dallas. They didn't see anything wrong visually... Then they charged me $178.21 for basically, tightening the toilet seat, looking at chassis (which they are not qualified to do), they did repair the bolt that was coming up from underneath on the interior floor, they did check the refrigerator/freezer( no issues), checking the air-conditioning (found the filter's dirty). The reason I give them one star, is because the main reason we called them was for them to look at why we had such a ruff ride, to look at the chassis and the suspension. If she would have told me in the beginning they are not certified or qualified to work on chassis, I wouldn't have dropped off my motorhome there. I find this misleading and dishonest. A honest place would have said in the beginning that we are not qualified or certified to work on chassis. Again, this was our main problem we wanted to be looked at, I wanted to make sure it is safe to drive it. Be careful dealing with this place, they are not honest.

We stopped here on our way back to Texas to have a few issues looked at, including some that were caused by or neglected by another RV Station. Almost all of our issues were addressed, including some we didn't think there would be time for, since we were only there for one day. Rick was easy to work with and took charge of resolving some confusion with the other RV Station, ensuring that we got taken care of. He even quickly got some preventative repairs done for us that we'd been told would be too costly or time consuming to do at the other location. We left delighted.
