The shame in not following the simple instructions...
I ordered ONE pizza and nothing else, very simple. The App. Asks hiw I wanted the pizza and hiw I wanted it cut...didn't get it after getting home. Not worth going back but, it's a shame people can't actually LOOK at an order and get it right..ughh

Timed my unusually early morning commute to stop at Casey's for fuel this morning. Store hours are posted as 5am opening.
Several vehicles waited with us until roughly 530am before we gave up and fueled up elsewhere.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this time it struck a nerve. Hours posted says open at 5am. I got there at 7:10 and the doors are locked with a paper on the handles. When I pulled up I did see someone inside so I thought that was weird. I called the store, a lady answered and said their closed, hut it was hard to understand her. I asked why it says they’re open on google and she acted as if she didn’t hear me all of a sudden; then after I repeated myself she hung up on me. I understand things happen but communicate that with customers. Experience makes me want to go out of my way to go to any other convenient store.

Walk in there five minutes before they open and lights all on door unlocked and the girl said we don't open tell five then leave the lights off and doors locked. Every time I go in there it's always something. My business will go to Qt for now on. If your not open leave the lights Off and leave doors locked

Don't use your card at the pump! I got $15 in gas and it took $40 off my card but said "$1" pending. I understand there is some kinda of preauthorization fee or whatever. You guys need to fix that because this is a great way to ruin someone's day. I had a bill I had to pay today and now I have to wait for my money to be put back on my card that I didn't even spend there. It's just floating around the internet. There is no reason that much money should be taken.

The service is okay depending on the day but the bathrooms are always in horrible condition. All of the toilet paper holders broken off so the toilet paper is just sitting on the side rail or the floor. And 1 of the 3 bathroom door handle has been broken since the first week the store opened years ago. It shouldn't be that hard to fix a handle.I'll change my 2 star rating when they finally fix the bathrooms.

12:30 in the afternoon and there's only four slices of obviously hours old dehydrated Pizza. When I asked the employee if there was any fresh pizza coming out she said no, she has an order to make before she makes any. How does that make any sense? I guess I won't be stopping here for lunch again it was just a waste of time.

The only kind of gum people with fake teeth can chew is Freedent. You have 2 rows of gum with not one stick of freedent. Thanks for not including the only gum we can enjoy.
