Usually I’ve never had any problems with going to ez-Mart until tonight when I took my own water bottle to get some ice and have always done it and never got told I had to pay and then some cashier started to harass me and call me thief and said they were gonna call the cops on my for getting some ice when I’ve always done it the point is the guy was very rude and not customer friendly at all and was high rated for no reason over some damn ice

I waited for over 15 minutes for the cashier's to try to figure out how to use a cash register. After that failed, they said card only. I tried to use my card and the card reader read declined 3 times in a row. I knew this wasn't a problem with my card. They employee was fairly rude about it. I proceeded down the street to the next convenience store and was greeted by friendly cashier's and a working card reader. Do not recommend.

Generally this is my go to but today when we walked in to grab a drink the employees were changing shifts and we were told it would take 15 minutes before we could check out. Wow. Great job putting the customer first. Way to lose business from locals just down the street.
