My expirence wasn't great she messed up On my taxes 2years in a row. No communication skills. Can never get a hold of it’s always her daughter or others when you have questions. Very unprofessional. Had a friend go there too this year 2022 and she messed up his taxes too.She also had the wrong info for my bank so my money got put somewhere else said she would contact IRS or have a paper so my money could be given … call again and she tells me I won’t even get my money till the next year.

The tax preparation portion went just fine, and we gave them all the the required info needed for out taxes and we were satisfied with our visit. Now, several weeks later I noticed a typo in a portion of the filing, which is going to significantly delay payment, and the only answer I got on how they are going to fix this or make it right, was "Sorry".Sorry? Really? You get paid to not make mistakes like that and I get "Sorry" as an answer? First and Last time I will use the service over failed customer support after the fact.
