We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to get delivered. We literally live less than 2 miles away. I should have just gone and got it. I was literally on the phone waiting on customer service when our food showed up. It was cold and not very good. We just got in from Texas and thought we'd let them deliver. This is not the 1st or 2nd time we've had issues. We decided to give it a 3rd chance out of being too tired to go somewhere else, and let's just say there won't be a 4th chance. It was all around a terrible experience and not worth the $50 we paid after delivery fee 2 pizzas and a driver tip! If I could leave -5 stars I would. Do better!

Pizza delivery took over an hour only to get a pizza that was tossed together from who knows how many other pizzas.

Wish we could have eaten there. The wait was over an hr. They did tell us upfront though. The place was empty so they must have had a lot of carry out or deliveries.

Rarely do we ever get our order on time when choosing delivery. Whenever we do get it delivered, the driver always claims they can’t find our home, but if they’d use GPS it brings you straight to our front door. We won’t be ordering from this restaurant any longer and will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

All the workers and owner were very welcoming. The place was spotless. The salad bar had many choices and all were delicious. The pizza, spaghetti and meatballs were the best we ever had.Parking: Roomy Handicapped parking spaces were close and convenient.

DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: We re-visited this Mazzios because I had received a coupon for completing an online survey based on our prior visit there a few weeks ago. The coupon came emailed to me upon completing the survey so I just cut it out and took the paper copy with me. The girl at the register couldn't get our order (per the coupon) keyed in correctly and so it kept kicking it out. She asked for help and a man came to assist and said we'd already used the coupon and that it was just a copy of their ad. I stated that I'd just printed it out earlier today from my computer based on an online survey, NOT the ad. He continued to argue about it. Finally, another male employee came to the register (because the line had backed up to the door by this point) and saw where it hadn't been keyed in correctly and fixed the problem. Once we got through that nightmare, we found the buffet sub-par. Only about 6 pizzas on the buffet to choose from and a lot fewer items on their salad buffet than other Mazzios. Plus, it was crowded with crying and screaming children making the atmosphere less than desirable. Probably won't return to this Mazzios. Was not a positive experience.

Not many places to get a salad bar anymore. But this is a pretty good one and cauliflower crust pizza is pretty good as well.

Good food . Great prices. Not very busy when we were there. It sits next door to a sonic drive in and they were packed. IT IS CHEAPER AT MAZZIO'S THAN SONIC.
