“Sent a letter out priority mail 07/20, paid the $12.90 to track it since going to a PO Box, then I LOST the tracking number! I went in today, 07/28, apologized and asked if they could do me a favor and find my tracking number since I had found out it had not yet been received. I couldn’t believe how nice they were. The nice guy who was in the front said he didn’t have access since he had not done the transaction, asked someone in an office, I assume maybe a postmaster since she had access. Angie came out and went through records from 07/20 and found it from the bit of information I did have, then even tracked it for me! So nice and helpful.”
