I ordered my mom flowers on a Friday, her birthday was on Monday, thinking my mom could enjoy her flowers all day on her birthday. They didnt get the flowers to my mom until closing time on her birthday! Will not do this again!

I order from Petals regularly and have never had anything but a positive experience. I live in Kentucky, but all of my family reside in Comanche. Whether it is birthday bouquets, Mother's Day gifts, or first day of school balloons, they work so hard to make every occasion special! Once, I ordered a HUGE bouquet for my nieces birthday, not knowing my card had been flagged for fraud and declined. They tried to reach me to pay with a different one, but couldn't because I was in meetings. They went ahead and made the bouquet and delivered it with no guarantee of payment, because they wanted to make sure my niece got her gift. Places like this are such a blessing!

Horrible service!!! I went in with my daughter and spent 60+ bucks on flowers... My daughter grabbed a s***** put it on the counter. When she gave me my total I payed and left. While my daughter and I were at the grave site praying a guy from the store came down ranting and raving that my 7 year old daughter and I stole that s***** and if we didn't come down immediately and pay he was calling the cops. The s***** was 2 dollars... Do not do your business here. Save yourself the hassle.
