Awesome response and 100% would recommend pioneer to anyone and everyone! Trevor was amazing and helped us with our internet issues we were having and never once brushed anything I said off! We absolutely love the people and response time to getting everything fixed up! I thanks yall again!

Horrible customer service. Lady that sits in the far back right corner has an attitude problem. Was told when getting the service I had to pay a one time install fee. I moved out of state for a job and had to cancel my service. When I moved back I still had the modem and line running to my house. I called to have my service turn back on and was told I had to pay am installing fee. I reminded them that it was already installed and I still had the modem. The lady told me that she could turn it on from the office. Within an hour I service again. The lady said I didn't have to pay install fee. I just got my bill and they charged me an install fee. I called and was put on hold forever and was told a supervisor would call me back. Well no call, so the next day, I called the and talked to the supervisor. I was told since it's been over 90 days I had to pay a install fee. No one came out to install all they had to do was turn a switch at the office for me to get service. The signal is very bad I can't not watch a movie without it going out. It resets itself 4 times a day. I remember from last time I had bad signal. But it's the only option we have beside satellite. They told me since I signed the contract I was obligated to pay the install fee. If I knew that I would not have signed tje contract. I was lead under false pretenses that I didn't have to pay install fee.

Being disabled I only get 800 a month. Once I get money saved up again I will have them come take the line out and never used them again.

My internet went out during a storm and I was not able to get it resolved quickly due to no 24/7 tech support. The service rarely goes out though.

Its a little high in price but we have never a problem with it ever , they call us and tell us if there going to be working on it but thet will be working on it in the middle of the night !!

Daily drop internet connection. We was told a month ago they was going to install a new fiber optic cable and they still haven't. If the internet doesn't in prove we will find another internet provider. We're fed up of of slow ? internet and NO INTERNET. Get it done.
