Reserving the unit was simple with online access. Once reserved there was prompt follow up by email and phone call. Location is convenient and secure with gate and security cameras.

Everytime I call no one answers the phone and then I setup call back and two or three days later they will return your call and they are very hard to get a hold of even during business hours makes no sense to me

Easy and fast. Not only was this the only storage facility with the ability to do everything online, I only paid $42 that's including insurance and fees etc. I received a phone call and email making sure everything went smoothly and the unit was available immediately!

Ive tried calling numerous times and send numerous emails about trying to pay my bill. No answer no emails. If i loss my property because they neglect to answer someone back im not going to be happy.

Horrible customer service...
If you're late on paying, which happens, don't expect to get the locks taken off any time soon.
Rent increases, added fees, no military considerations, they just do not care. DO NOT rent from these people or this company. Been stuck here renting, I'm a disabled veteran, and they couldn't give 2 sheets!!! If I were able, and not in hospital., I'd get ALL my Belongings out, ASAP... being handicap, sucks and they take advantage of that.
