Never bank here!! I have a court order and they are denying it!!! I called and was not rude at all, but the two ladies I talked too were extremely rude and one even said “I don’t even care to hear this”

Their customer service is not great plus It’s so frustrating just trying to make a payment and they never answer their phones. There is no option to pay my loan online.

Absolutely the WORST bank I've EVER delt with. I paid off my loan early. I have no checking account with this bank, I have no savings account with this bank, I had a loan. Nothing else. Yet 4 months later, I get a letter from this bank stating I owed them almost $400 dollars for member service fees? 4 weeks of phone tag to finally get on the phone with a human. That doesn't know what I'm talking about. Just to get transferred straight to voicemail.And the 2 calls I DID get back, where right at closing time, so I couldn't return the phone call.Never again will I do business with these unprofessional people.

An amazing experience with the staff at Green Country. They have gone above and beyond so many tines for customers. They offer modern convenience with the old style personal touch. Heather and Zoe are the best. They truly care about their customers and it shows every day.

A friend recommended this credit union so I went in talked to Heather and opened an account. I also did a loan as well with them the very same day. I was in and out quickly and Heather was wonderful to work with. She made sure to make me feel welcome. I passed up the bonuses of $200-300 that other banks were offering and that was the best decision I made. I wish the app was easier to use and did more but hopefully that will come in time.
