DO NOT GO HERE ! my friend went to innovation ask for her hair to be BLONDE and she kept telling Alicia it burned her head then she proceeded to blame it on her because “she was breastfeeding” she left her under the dryer after making her feel uncomfortable and helped every other customer while ignoring my friend. she didn’t tell her anything she was doing then she started putting BROWN ! In it !! When she told her she was not going to pay because they did NOT get what she asked for the lady walks to a room and slammed the door ! Terrible service ! Only go here if you want an uncomfortable environment. Would not recommend this place to a soul. Save your money and go somewhere else.
