“After personally experiencing negative results at a cost of $792 for an oil change and AC flush and charge from an out of state Firestone auto shop, I brought our vehicle in for an oil change and in addition asked for a second opinion regarding the work that was 'supposedly' completed out of state the previous week. Within moments my vehicle was in the work bay and I was being shown the condenser was cracked and leaking. The inspection FS said they completed obviously missed a rather critical factor as to why the AC was not functioning. Chris the phenom tech and Alex, the mgr., provided not only HONEST customer service but completed a timely, professional repair at an exceptionally fair price and sincere care toward my not being treated fairly out of state. To me, there is NO other option when it comes to auto maintenance. I am a forever customer for ALL my vehicles. And a rose to lift my spirits from TUESDAY'S Ladies Day. Thank you Chris and Alex for the excellent service your shop and team provided me!”
“I had a tire leaking air where a plug had been installed. I went to 2 different chain tire shops to get it fixed. One tried to sell me a new tire, and one tolde to come back tomorrow, on 2 different days. Then I remembered Easleys. I stopped by and my tire was patched and good to go in 10 minutes. They always take good care of you.”

“I was absolutely impressed with the team’s communication. Letting each team member know what has been completed , what needs to be started and such leaves very little room for error. The tech that was doing my billing told me I would need a coolant flush in the near future but, since I was already getting oil and differential fluid change, it could wait until next visit. I decided, because of his honesty, to go ahead and get the coolant flush as well. All in all I had a very good experience. I will recommend others and I will return in the future.”
