“Had a great experience at the post office on main. The reviews are so bad, but don’t let that deter you from coming here. I set up an appointment for a passport the day before (online). I was pretty stressed, and nervous about the whole thing. So bad I have been putting off getting a passport for months now. Especially dealing with employees who have bad costumer service. Let me just say, Keanu was awesome (idk if i spelled his name right, i went with the actors spelling.) He was very helpful on explaining how the process worked, and was so very patient with me while i was filling out my paperwork. He even asked me if i needed help a couple times. Keanu was so kind and quick at his job. I was in and out in 25 minutes and half of that was me filling out my paperwork. They even did the money- order for me, so that saved me a trip. I did end up getting my passport photo at Walgreens before i came here, but you can take them at the post office. If i could do it again i would have just done it all at one place. The other workers seemed friendly as well , the male worker was so sweet and gave a little boy in the lobby a sucker. 5 stars, thank you!!! thanks guys!”
