I had an issue with an Amazon return. Trouble with the tracking number and could not find the package. The owner was prompt and professional and contacted all appropriate avenues to try to find my package. It ended up being an error on Amazon’s side but I appreciate her help and quick responses. Will definitely send more business their way.
